We provide a safe, fun, and supportive place for both boys and girls to grow as people and gymnasts. We offer classes and a team program for ages 1-18. No experience is necessary to begin classes. In fact, we welcome those with no experience! Our focus is on body form, flexibility, balance, strength, and positive encouragement. We find that using positive encouragement and allowing gymnasts room to make adjustments leads them to become more self-motivated and enthusiastic. In fact, we have also find that by the end of our classes, no one wants to leave! We utilize games, body awareness meditation exercises, and other fun activities to aid in motor skill and healthy body development.
