Class Registration Form Please fill out the form below. Since space in the program is limited, submission of this form does not guarantee a spot in class. Shortly after submission, you will receive a confirmation email from Coach Meghan or Eric informing you of your child's registration status. Please be patient as this is a new system. If you/your child obtains a space, you are expected to bring payment on the first day of class. Cash or checks are accepted. We look forward to working with you and your gymnast!
