Class Registration Form Please fill out the form below. Submission of the registration form does not guarantee a spot in the class. You will receive a confirmation email from Coach Meghan or Coach Eric when your child has been added to the roster. If you do not receive an email within 4 business days, please send an email to [email protected] to make sure that we received your registration form.
You are expected to bring payment on the first day of class. Cash, check, or debit card is accepted. We look forward to working with you and your gymnast!
